Freeze the Motion
Took this picture during Pooja's swim meet on thursday. I like the way water lifts with the hand and frozen like ice. I think it will fit the theme - "Freeze the motion" well.

I liked the water with the flow of her hands. I also liked the exposure, even with the high shutter speed you were able to maintain the clarity.

Excellent picture again! Like Anand's pic this also exactly fits the theme.
I would prefer a little cropping at the lower part and some more room in the top part (above the left hand of the swimmer). This, I suppose would give some room between the hand and the frame for further movement. But at the same time, I am not sure if there was some distracting element, you wanted to crop off.
